Reginald is the Managing Director of Chrisline Financial Services and has been in this position since 2012, with the core mandate of driving the strategic direction of the company. He has a wealth of experience in the banking & finance as well as the insurance sector. Among his experiences, he worked at NSIA Ghana Insurance as General Manager, Finance from 2010 to 2011 but also had a stint with the Internal Audit & Control department as the company Internal Auditor.
He was the Head of Department (2007 – 2010) for the Credit & Relationship Banking Department (Corporate Banking) of HFC Bank Limited. During this period, he was the key Credit Executive directly responsible for transitioning the bank's mortgage portfolio to a predominantly business loan portfolio.
He worked in various departments of CAL Bank Limited from 1997 to 2005 as Account Relationship Manager and Audit Officer.
Reginald is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds a BSc (Hons) Agriculture from KNUST. He has undergone professional training in Audit and Inspection, International Trade Operations, Credit Risk Management in Banking, Lease Structuring Techniques, Oil, Gas and Power Projects among others.
